CAMPUS:

- Western held the hirewesternu Career Fair from 10am-3pm in the Mustang Lounge. This event allowed students to talk to different recruiters, organizations, and employers about workplace trends, and the skills and experience required to work in their field of interest.

- Yesterday was Wrongful Conviction Day, and Western participated in the event by bringing out of the shadows the real-life stories and impacts of wrongful convictions.

LOCAL:

- After a lengthy debate, city council has decided to reduce the speed limit on residential streets to 40 km/h.

- The fall edition of the lottery in support of the London Health Sciences Centre, Children’s Hospital, and St. Joseph’s Health Care London kicked off on Thursday

SPORTS:

- Mustangs head to their second-to-last game of the regular season with a 6-0 winning streak.

WEATHER:
