The Accessibility and Inclusivity Conference serves as an environment where students can come together to learn more about current issues with accessibility. The first part of the day includes a case competition where students may work individually or in teams to solve an accessibility-related case designed by a disability studies professor at King’s College. Students will then have an opportunity to hear about the current work being done in the advocacy community, and ask questions about their work in a panel consisting of prominent disability advocates in the London Community.
No experience in research or case competitions is necessary, we hope to use this day as an open learning environment for anyone interested in learning more about accessibility. Lunch will be provided for attendees.
