Hey Radio Western Listeners,

First and foremost, we really want to thank all of you for continuing to tune in to 94.9 CHRW during these uncertain times. We are aware of the negative repercussions that the COVID-19 pandemic has put on the London community (and on a global scale as well), so we are incredibly thankful to those of you who continue to support the station by listening to us from the safety of your own homes.

With that being said, we want to let you know that we are still bringing fresh content every week for you to consume! Whether it be our consistently updated music library, interviews from those of you in the Forest City, or pre-recorded shows from some of your favourite RW hosts, we will continue to pump out the best material that London has to offer. For the past 38+ years, our goal has always been to provide London with quality content that will keep our local community connected, and this virus is not going to stop us from continuing to achieve said goal. As with all great challenges, we learn to adapt.

We also love hearing from all of you! If you’re a student or a community member that has been impacted in any way by the recent pandemic, we want to hear your story. We’d like to provide our platform to help others connect and heal in this time, or possibly put you in contact with someone who might be able to address your issues. London is filled with good-hearted people that can provide help, answers, and support, and we want to help put you in contact with some of these exceptional people. To reach out to us, send us a message at rwtunesin@gmail.com or fill out the Google Form here. Furthermore, if you're a local business, or know of a local business, that has been impacted by COVID-19, we'd like to offer free promotion. Just send a message to marketing@radiowestern.ca including the name of the company, a little description of your company, and how your services are available to the London community in the scial distancing era, and let us take care of the rest!

So once again, thank you for your continued support and we will continue to bring you the best content that we possibly can. Stay safe, practice good hygiene, and we will get through this; not just as a city, but as a community.
