Campus News: 
-Yesterday was your final day to vote in the USC Elections, as ballots closed yesterday at 8pm.  The winners will be announced today at The Spoke around 5:30pm

-Yesterday was Toque Tuesday where money raised by selling baseball hats and toques goes towards helping with homelessness in London. 50% of the money that will be raised goes towards Unity Project and the other 50% goes towards Raising the Roof
-Last semester FIMSSC’s charity team had a thrifting event where they raised around $500 to help their year long collaboration
-Through this latest Toque Tuesday event called “Looney for Unity”, FIMSSC’s Charity team hopes to raise a dollar for every undergrad student; with a goal of $900

-Also Yesterday, Western’s Egyptian Student Association hosted their event, “Walk through Egypt” in the UCC to give you the best experience of Egyptian culture
-On both sides of the UCC, you could of learned about the history of Egypt and take pictures with the pyramids, as well as take part in one of their games to win a little souvenir all the way from Egypt
-Executives, managers and members of the club were all participating in helping with the event

Local News:
-Westmount Shopping Centre in southwest London has been sold to a huge Toronto real estate investment firm KingSett Capital for $31.5-million
-KingSett has $12.5 billion in assets including office, retail, industrial and residential properties
-The mall was originally developed in the early 1970s by Sifton Properties as a retail centre for the surrounding Westmount neighborhood
-In 2010, a portion of the mall was demolished. A number of stand‑alone businesses now occupy the 12-hectare site including a Cineplex Odeon movie theatre

-Radio Western will be broadcasting three OUA Hockey games this week 
-Thursday night we will have OUA men’s hockey as the Mustangs host the Windsor Lancers at Thompson Arena 
-Friday night it’s the ladies turn as the York Lions come down to London for some OUA women’s hockey
-Finally on Saturday we head to Waterloo at the Columbia Ice Field for the ladies final regular season game of the season, as they battle the Waterloo Warriors 
-All three games have a 7:00pm puck drop, so be sure to tune in each night starting Thursday at 6:50pm

-Expect a few flurries this afternoon with a high of -6, going down to -16 overnight.  Tomorrow it’ll be -8 with a few flurries continuing, Friday will have some Light Snow with a high of -7 and your weekend will have more scattered flurries with a high of -3 on Saturday
