- The Graduate teaching assistants union has rejected the university's final offer
- The union stays firm on their quest to gain a better living wage, and better working conditions
- The union is legally allowed to strike, but Western TAs will still fulfill their duties for their job
- Bus services to campus will no longer run in light of the strike, the LTC will drop students off on the periphery of campus

- Middlesex London Health unit has to find a new home for London's prospective overdose prevention site
- The city had a meeting last night and voted to not allow the running of an overdose prevention site on 372 York street
- London currently has a temporary site on King street, which will be open for two years
- Last year, London ranked second in Canada for cities distributing clean needles, behind only Vancouver

- The London Knights held a rally for the Humboldt Broncos
- Hundreds of locals showed up to Covent Market Square with jerseys on to sign a banner which the Knights made for Humboldt
- The banner read 'from one green and gold to another'
- The Knights are also donating $5000 dollars to Humboldt's GoFundMe

- The London Nationals gear up for the second game of their Sutherland Cup semi-finals
- They will be in Listowel tonight to take on the Cyclones at 7:30
- The Cyclones will look to even the series, while the Nationals will look to take a 2-0 lead

- A miserable weekend sees Saturday and Sunday get highs of 4 and 3, with rain expected both days
