CAMPUS:

-Western's senate released its scholastic offences report for the 2018-2019 school year

LOCAL:

-During a city council meeting on Tuesday, October 29th, council voted to refer a report advocating for improving cycling infrastructure, to London staff.
-The Cycling Master Plan Review, approved by London’s Cycling Advisory Committee, focuses on two important policies implemented by the city: the declaration of a Climate Emergency, and the adoption of the Vision Zero Principle.

-Researchers at Lawson Health Research Institute are using a different kind of diagnostic imaging, PET scans, to detect recurring tumours in patients who have already had prostate cancer treatment or surgery.

SPORTS:

-In their home opener the Mustangs men’s volleyball faced the Guelph Gryphons at Alumni Hall on Wednesday night. After three close sets the Gryphons took the match 3-0.

WEATHER:
