CAMPUS:
-Western main campus residences and dining halls remain open to support students who cannot move back home
-Having to follow social-distancing protocols on residence can create feelings of anxiety, isolation, or loneliness. To help students, Western’s Residence Life staff created wellness and learning programs, virtual tours, and online games
-Students can also book an appointment with Residence Counselling by emailing needtotalk@uwo.ca

LOCAL:
-The Ontario Government launched a new website called Ontario Together to help businesses and employees to meet the challenges of COVID-19.
-Ontario hospitals are getting new emergency powers, while free daycare centres are being set up for the children of healthcare workers, paramedics, and other frontline workers to help them stay on the job during these times.

WEATHER:
-Today is kicking off on a soggy note in Southern Ontario, bringing rain or snow depending on the location. It is currently around 2 degrees with some rain.
-On Tuesday, expect a temperature of 9 degrees with mainly sunny skies
-Moving onto Wednesday, expect a temperature of 10 degrees with partly cloudy skies
